Senior Recruitment Advisor – Hire To Retire

We offer you a long-term career with a genuine market leader - we are an entrepreneurial company where people love to work and make a difference. We want to deliver our ambition to be the biggest and best dairy company in the UK and Ireland, and our plans for further growth mean that we are now looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Advisor. The successful candidate will enable the delivery of a high volume, high quality and consistent recruitment service by effectively supporting the business & our employees via management & completion of recruitment activity, whilst developing & leading a team of Recruitment Advisors.

 

Key responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Advisor will include:

 

  • Manage all aspects of allocated recruitment & onboarding activity in line with internal SLAs & KPIs (from vacancy sign-off to probation completion).
  • Continually assess the recruitment strategy and approach within area of responsibility, using internal & external business information to directly support the team in their delivery and provide an increased level of insight to the business.
  • Line Management responsibility for a team of Hire to Retire Recruitment Advisors, ensuring competency in knowledge, processes & systems and confidence in role.
  • Monitoring workload, anticipating ‘peaks’ and escalating to Hire to Retire Recruitment Manager to ensure adequate resource to meet business deliverables.
  • Acting as point of escalation for Hire to Retire Recruitment Advisors, ensuring timely & effective issue resolution.
  • Acting as system & 'tool' expert, ensuring identified updates & amendments are communicated to the Systems Team for implementation (supporting this implementation where required) - Communicating, coaching and supporting teams members once updates & amendments are in place.
  • Project Support for any Hire to Retire or none Hire to Retire project activity where needed, leading and providing projects updates where required.
  • Ensure governance & compliance of Hire to Retire data in line with GDPR legislation.

 

Key skills & experience for the Senior Recruitment Advisor:

 

  • Previous Line Management and Recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrable stakeholder management experience is essential.
  • High level of IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ResourceLink and Docuware desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume environment is essential, with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise when needed to ensure deadlines are met.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to 'think outside the box' when under pressure.
  • Not afraid to challenge and offer solutions and recommendations.
  • Highly motivated, tenacious & driven
  • Project Co-Ordination
