Shared Service Centre

Alongside our site specific HR teams based across the UK we operate a Shared Service Centre from our Telford site that supports the whole Müller business.  This is made up of five streams.

Procure to Pay

The PTP team are responsible for the verification of purchase requisitions ensuring that the company policies & procedures are followed accordingly, then approval & creation of purchase orders. 

Hire to Retire

The Hire to Retire team are responsible for completing all process led HR activity linked to the employee lifecycle. From the point a vacancy requirement is identified in the business, to the point and employee exits the business, and everything in between.

Master Data

Master data perform a vital role in ensuring all of our systems have accurate and up to date data to enable the business to produce, transfer stock, sell & purchase goods.

Order to Cash

The Order to Cash team are responsible for dealing with business customers, from setting up accounts and payment schedules to chasing of outstanding payments.

Record to Report

The Record to Report team are the finance team at Muller covering a range of areas including general accounting, assets and management reporting.
