Production Shift Leader

We’re recruiting a Production Shift Leader at Muller Severnside to join the flavoured milk department, to enable the team to deliver targets and continuously improve performance by coaching and developing our people.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Food Production / FMCG background and will have experience in being a team leader. 

Responsibilities as Production Shift Leader will include but not be limited to:

• Creating and delivering development plans.
• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems.
• Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives.
• People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues.
• Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business.
• Knowledge of Operational Excellence , coaching team on use of the principles and tools.
