We are recruiting for a Logistics Systems and Process Support at our Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY). The successful candidate will deliver and support value add processes across site.

 

Logistics Systems and Process Support Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Support all sites to maximise opportunities through a specific inhouse networking system (TCT) , working with Superusers to integrate with local planning tools.
  • Use trending and analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the transport network, keeping accurate progress on the central Pipeline log and using a standard costing model to agree cost impact with site and local Finance Controllers
  • Support all implementations of changes and resolve any issues collaboratively, escalating when needed
  • Hold weekly calls with all sites to ensure positive momentum with all initiatives
  • Support peak periods across all sites, utilising Culina Group supports and attending meetings where relevant
  • Monitor external 3PL usage and look for ways to reduce by bringing back in house or move to Culina Group Partners
  • Corroboration for Sites and Finance of Live CI initiatives to support validation of budget impacts

  

Logistics Systems and Process Support Key Skills & Experience

 

  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Confidently collaborate with logistics professionals at all levels
  • Excellent organisation / prioritisation skills
  • Resilience and self-disciplined
  • Demonstrable presentation and training skills
