Position Summary


At Müller we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Treats portfolio, our No.1 brand Müller Corner and our Luxury Treat brand Müller Bliss. Reporting into the segment lead for Treats & Desserts, you will have responsibility for developing the strategy and plan to not only protect our leading position but unlock it to drive category and brand growth.  Leading the full mix from an insight generated portfolio strategy, through to brand and innovation creation, then into launch plan, comms and execution to hit targets.  As an experienced brand strategist and innovator you will be looking for your next challenge, with real ownership from day one.  Working alongside senior stakeholders and cross functional teams, the role would suit a creative collaborator who has experience of leading winning brands and driving strong execution though the funnel.  As a senior manager you will lead by example, inspiring and coaching others to help develop a strong, energised, performance led marketing team who always deliver results.


Your  key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager will be to:-

  • Ensure deep understanding of consumer needs to identify further growth opportunities for Müller Corner
  • Lead the 3 year strategic plan and driving engagement through-out the business behind it
  • Lead agencies to create award winning communications
  • Lead cross-functional teams to flawless execution on NPD launches to fully aligned campaigns TTL
  • Work with segment lead to set strategic priorities and growth objectives and targets.
  • Ensure close working with R&D to identify new product concepts that address commercial opportunities and maintain the innovation funnel for 3+ years
  • Lead cross functional project teams to deliver validated concepts to market
  • Oversee the organisation and management of consumer research and market testing of both new products and communications as required
  • Lead all comms development and execution in market
  • Manage launch performance reporting & acceleration/course correction plans
  • Coach and develop direct report/s
