We are recruiting an Occupational Health Clinical Admin Assistant to assist the Practice Manager to manage, process & protect all medical data by adhering to the Date Protection Act and GDPR.
This position is a remote, home-based role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
The perfect candidate should possess experience in occupational health administration, demonstrate a willingness to assist in changing and enhancing processes, and maintain a professional and confidential approach.
Responsibilities:
• Deal with all information in a confidential manner whether this be by email letter or phone call.
• Process Health referrals received ensuring accurate matching within medical database.
• Scan/attached data into the medical database.
• Maintain the medical archive as per policy/ process.
• To maintain file request from solicitors and employees upon authorisation of the clinical team and legal and insurance teams.
• Raise purchase orders
• Process payments for treatment providers.
Skills and qualifications
• Work under pressure while prioritizing workloads.
• Be accommodating to regular changes.
• Computer literate.
• Competent Excel user.
