We are currently recruiting in our Commercial Team for a Commercial Strategy Executive.


This role will be office based at our Headquarters in Market Drayton, Shropshire and will shape and execute the Yogurts & Desserts Strategic Revenue Management capability through development of a 3 year commercial planning and ownership of in-store execution.


In this role the key responsibilities for the Commercial Strategy Executive will include:-

• Delivering Business Sufficiency

• Building Muller Yogurts & Desserts Strategic Revenue Management capability through leading Muller's recommended pack, pricing & promotional strategy and developing recommended pack, pricing & promotional strategy by brand

• Developing actionable insight & knowledge

• Leading Commercial Integration With Marketing including embedding framework in everyday work

• Executing with excellence at point of purchase via Strategic vision enhancing shopper experience and creating concept sell and rules of the road for 'In-Store Look Of Success'

• Building a high performing culture by creating and being part of a HPT

• Best in class execution in store - maximising amplification spend within budget and leading field sales strategy


Key skills & experience for the Commercial Strategy Executive:-

• Essential: Degree qualified in appropriate discipline or equivalent experience

• Desirable: Experienced in working in a Sales/Category/Marketing environment within FMCG

• Strategic thinking, Fact based analysis & decision making

• Long term planning

• Ability to influence at senior level with strong leadership skills

• Good shopper understanding

• PC literate

• Financially literate

• Confident presenter
