📍 Location: East Kilbride 🕒 Hours: Full time-40 per week, 5 days over 7

What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
• Accurately input customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.
• Maintain and update trackers, reports, and customer data files.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Production Planning, Commercial, MMID) to resolve service issues.
• Follow structured processes and standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in handling challenging conversations and resolving issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent listening, planning, and time management skills.
• Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
