Production Shift Lead

Droitwich 

4 on 4 off shifts: days & nights between the hours of 6-6

We are recruiting a Production Shift Lead within the Production Department at Muller Droitwich Dairy. The purpose of this role is to enable the production team to deliver targets and continuously improve performance by coaching and developing our people.

The Ideal candidate will have experience within a Production Shift Lead role, ideally within an FMCG envrionment. Team Lead management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues.

Responsibilities for Production Shift Lead:

• Creating and delivering development plans.
• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems.
• Team management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues.
• Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business.
• knowledge of Operational Excellence , coaching team on use of the principles and tools.
