We are currently recruiting for a Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO of Muller Milk and Ingredients, alongside providing general support to the MMI Ops Board as a whole. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly, efficiently and under pressure whilst being accurate, the role will require attention to detail. The successful candidate will need to be able to work flexibly and manage multiple diaries and tasks simultaneously.


In this role the key responsibilities will include:


  • Key contact for board interactions with customers at top level
  • Ownership of MMI board meetings including logistics, inputs/outputs, minutes and action tracking
  • Line management of the EA/PA team within MMI
  • Supporting the Internal Comms Business Partner with the forward planning and running of events
  • Internal/external event management
  • Responsibility for the MMI Board business calendar with emphasis on sequencing and improving governance
  • Key contact for the Droitwich site in terms of room bookings and arrangements for customer visits to site.
  • UK and European travel arrangements for CEO and where appropriate groups of Board members.
  • In depth calendar and mailbox management for CEO.
  • Confidential support on HR matters for CEO including OD, succession planning and performance/pay review processes.
  • Requestor and approver duties for IT, HR and Procurement processes.
  • Absence cover for team members.
  • Maintaining staff records for Board annual leave, expenses etc.
  • Expense management for CEO
  • Cardholder responsibilities and reporting.
