Chill Coordinator

Salary: £32,150.07

Shifts: 4 on 4 off (6am – 6pm)

Droitwich

We’re recruiting a Chill Coordinator within the Despatch Department at Muller Droitwich.

The purpose of the role is to deliver warehouse management and coaching to enhance customer service and minimise waste along with driving Operational Excellence improvement opportunities and taking action to implement tracked initiatives.

The ideal Chill Coordinator will have a background in warehouse management as well as experience coaching a team.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Responsible for warehouse waste management, highlighting all concessions and actively looking at ways to deliver improvement
• Promote cross functional working
• Warehouse stock management system
• Build a thorough understanding of all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and ensure they are adhered to.
• Support the introduction of new technology, systems and processes.
• Responsible for Pick & Release and Voice Management processes
• Responsible for ensuring end to end product traceability and fully support product recall and traceability for our customers
• Cross stock management and stock trailer
• Support and promote the PMS culture across the site, analysing data accordingly
• Customer support and handle any customer queries
• Role model clean as you go standards within the chill to reduce the risk of environmental impact around spillages
