We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Service Executive to join our friendly Supply Chain Team.  The successful applicant will initially be based in East Kilbride, and then subsequently from an office location in Bellshill.   We are looking for an experienced individual to provide best in class supply chain service to a selected list of key customers. You will build strong customer relationships and provide added value service at all times.


The rotational shift pattern ranges 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm - 5 over 7 days.


Supply Chain Service Executive - Key responsibilities will include:
• Be the key point of contact for selected customers
• Take ownership of all service related tasks and communications with customer; including supply performance reporting, issue resolution, event planning
• Provide customers with a consistent service based on individual customer requirements; aligned to each individual customer's specific needs
• Proactive solution based service & issues communications daily to customers & internal stakeholders
• Be proactive, equal contributor to agreed set of consistent and effective customer and internal interdepartmental meetings; Examples: Commercial, Production, Demand Planning, Logistics
• Provide daily communications with customer, commercial and supply chain
• Create & Maintain Department & Customer Data files
• EDI Ordering Management (AS400 / SAP). Daily audits ensuring orders are in on time and aligned to volume expectations as well as expected stores highlighting / questioning any issues directly to customer supply chains and managing relevant amendments
• New/Refit stores. Communicate all information through New Store Database to make relevant areas of MMI aware of store openings and refits
• Create, maintain & issue key reports for both customer and business
• Analyse, challenge & drive improvements from reports


Supply Chain Service Executive - Key skills & experience:
• Experience in FMCG industry
• Understand internal & external supply chain
• Good Excel Skills
• SAP & AS400 experience preferred
• Demonstratable excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Numerate / organised / ability to juggle prioritise and meet tight deadlines
