We’re recruiting…Assistant Financial Accountant-12 month FTC

Location: Telford / Hybrid - 3 days per week on site.

Contract: Full-Time, (Part-time would be considered) and a 12 month FTC

Hours: Monday–Friday (40 hours)

We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant (12 month FTC) - you will be studying towards AAT and looking to gain valuable experience in a busy Finance Team, within a Fixed Asset Role.

What You’ll do:

Daily banking duties, including Bank reconciliations

Balance sheet data preparation

Prepare VAT return data

Preparation and posting of journals, accruals and prepayments

Assisting with month end and year end process

Inter Company Recharges and reconciliations

Providing information to the external auditors as required

Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets

Reconciling and Processing Payroll journals

What you’ll bring:

AAT Level 2 (commenced/minimum)

SAP experience preferable

Excel - Intermediate level

Must be able to think clearly, deliver quickly and accurately

Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated and be able to work to deadlines
