We're Hiring: Farm Services Centre Advisor

Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid - 3 days per week on site.

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent  

Hours: Monday–Friday (40 hours)

As a Farm Services Centre Advisor, you will provide an efficient central point of co-ordination for all Muller Milk & Ingredients farmer services, administration and data collection for both internal and external communications.    

What you’ll do: -

• Administration of farmer contracts, milk statements and personalised farmer letters/communications.
• Effective and efficient response to day-to-day farmer queries.
• Farm Service Centre activity in line with processes and procedures.
• Process ad-hoc adjustments.
• Provide data support for Farm Supply Managers.
• Provide support for all Muller initiatives such as Muller Advantage.

What you’ll bring: -

• Numerate
• Good IT skills, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of dairy farming issues and farm calendar.
