The Opportunity

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: £32,011 per annum, plus overtime premiums

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)

Working Hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm / 7:00pm to 7:00am

Production Operatives

As a Production Operative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring some of the UK's favourite dairy products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

We're looking for individuals who:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced automated manufacturing environment
• Take pride in producing high-quality products
• Have a problem-solving mindset

This role is perfect for people who enjoy being hands-on, making a difference and being part of a high-performing operation.

Warehouse Operators

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll help keep one of the UK's largest dairy supply chains moving.

This is an exciting role for individuals who enjoy organisation, problem-solving and working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Bring

• Valid MHE (Material Handling Equipment) licences and operational competency
• Experience operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP and other operational software platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A commitment to safety and compliance
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• The ability to solve operational challenges and think proactively

You'll play a key role in ensuring our products move efficiently through the supply chain and reach our customers on time, every time.
