At Müller Milk & Ingredients, we’re at the heart of Britain’s dairy supply chain, working with over 1,000 farmers to produce milk, cream, butter and ingredients enjoyed by millions every day. As Site HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a critical integration project, supporting colleagues through change while setting the foundations for a high performing, people-first culture.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading HR activity across a key site integration project, ensuring a smooth, compliant and positive colleague transition
  • Supporting TUPE processes end-to-end, including employee engagement, communication and transition planning
  • Coordinating on-site activity such as roadshows and briefings, ensuring colleagues feel informed, supported and confident throughout change
  • Providing 1:1 support and coaching to colleagues, including guidance on new systems and ways of working such as digital payslips
  • Ensuring compliance with employment requirements, including completion of right to work checks and accurate employee data capture
  • Managing the transition of employee records from paper files to digital systems, driving consistency and efficiency
  • Taking ownership of local recruitment activity during the integration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Partnering with site leadership to maintain engagement, performance and stability during a period of change

 

What we’re looking for

  • A confident HR professional with strong generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced or operational environment
  • Suitable for an experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor looking for a step up.
  • Proven experience supporting organisational change, TUPE or integration activity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
  • CIPD qualified or working towards, with up-to-date employment law knowledge
