Site Maintenance Technician
Location: Severnside
Contract: Permanent | Monday–Friday
We’re recruiting a Site Maintenance Technician to support the day‑to‑day maintenance, safety and reliability of our Severnside site. This is a practical, hands‑on role focused on reactive repairs, planned maintenance and general building upkeep within a fast‑paced site environment.
Internally, this role is known as Building Services Technician.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) across the site
- General building maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating
- Monitor and maintain site equipment such as boilers, air compressors and cooling systems
- Support site compliance including contractor control, permits to work and Legionella
- Maintain building fabric, external areas, drainage and water hygiene standards
- Prepare areas for refurbishment, deep cleans and office/area moves
Skills & experience:
- Ideal: NVQ in Plumbing or similar trade qualification
- Proven building or site maintenance experience
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Clear and effective communicator
