We’re currently growing our engineering team at our Severnside Dairy and are looking for an Engineering Technician to join our Dairy department.

You’ll have the opportunity to use your mechanical and electrical skills to diagnose faults, solve recurring problems, carry out root cause analysis and identify improvements that increase equipment reliability and efficiency.

It’s a permanent 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 2 days / 2 nights (7–7), with 276 hours' annual leave, a 5% annual bonus, pension, life assurance, Müller Rewards and defined career development pathways.

  • Help drive improvements in equipment reliability and performance
  • Join an established engineering environment with opportunities across Dairy and Blow Moulding

The Role

You’ll be supporting a range of processing, filling and packaging equipment within our Dairy operation, playing a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently and reliably. You’ll respond to breakdowns, carry out planned maintenance and identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance and drive continuous improvement across the site.

  • HNC Electrical preferred
  • Strong electrical capability with sound mechanical skills
  • Maintenance experience within a manufacturing / FMCG environment
  • Automation and CI tools experience advantageous
