Title:  Business Support Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Assistant to join our Severnside department within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

This 13 month Fixed Term Contract provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad site experience, with the potential for a permanent position in another department at the end of the contract.

The purpose of this role is to deliver value added processes that support the site teams to deliver targets and continuously improve performance.

Salary: Competitive
Contract: 13 Month Fixed Term Contract
Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday (8:00–16:00, with some flexibility)
Location: Severnside

Key Responsibilities
•    Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
•    Ordering uniforms, PPE and cleaning supplies – managing stock control, distribution, and undertaking some store work/lifting
•    Management of the staff shop and oversight of canteen areas
•    General office and facilities management, including hospitality coordination when required
•    Supporting site people processes, including site access controls
•    Ensuring site communications are kept up to date (notice boards/info screens)
•    Assisting in the planning and preparation of site events
•    Providing holiday cover where required
•    Supporting the delivery of site inductions and induction processes

Experience & Key Skills
•    Ability to communicate professionally and with a friendly approach
•    Previous administration experience; confident using MS Office packages
•    Strong team player
•    High level of accuracy and attention to detail
