How you’ll make an impact

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll play an active role in supporting the transformation of how we attract, assess and hire talent across our UK operations.

Over 13 months, you'll work alongside a friendly and talented wider team, developing highly transferable business skills and contribute to projects that make a tangible impact across the organisation.

What you’ll Bring 

• Currently studying towards a Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Analytics, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills together with confidence in working with data and presenting insights.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
