We are recruiting at our Leeds Transport Hub for a Logistics Administrator Support Person to support  managers via invoice approval specifically in relation to clearance of the invoice backlogs.

The role will be Fixed Term for a 3 Month Period working Monday-Friday (Office Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Approval of designated invoices via 'SAP workflow'  in a timely manner

Liaise with and chase credits from suppliers where required

Ensure any duplication of invoices is fedback is reported and escalated to the business

Liaise with the Garage Regional Managers to ensure invoices are accurate and resolve any disputes


Key Requirements:

Microsoft Excel, Outlook Email, Microsoft Teams

SAP Workflow Experience

Good communication, process driven, 


The role is Monthly paid 40 Hours per week.
