Title: Training Coordinator
Market Drayton, ENG, GB, TF9 3SQ

Training Compliance Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Telford or Market Drayton, hybrid WFH.
Hours: Flexible, 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – March 2027
Are you a proactive, relationship‑driven coordinator who loves bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a busy training function? We’re looking for a Training Compliance Coordinator to join our Operations Team on a fixed‑term basis someone, who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and keeps the wheels turning across a fast‑paced operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support training activity across our Telford, Minsterley, and Market Drayton sites, ensuring our colleagues and new suppliers receive the right training at the right time. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, managers, procurement teams and external training providers, helping us deliver a smooth, high‑quality training experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating all training bookings for new suppliers and colleagues, ensuring sessions are scheduled, organised and communicated effectively.
- Acting as the central point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Managing the end‑to‑end coordination process — following up on attendance, resolving issues, and ensuring actions are completed.
- Supporting the management of training spend and liaising with procurement (forms, approvals, suppliers).
- Updating and maintaining training records in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors experience is desirable, but not essential).
- Contributing to team projects and continuous improvement within the Training function.
- Building strong relationships across the business to support the smooth running of all training activity.
What we’re looking for
- A strong coordinator — not just an administrator. Someone who owns their work, thinks ahead and keeps things moving.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to people at all levels (operators, stakeholders, consultants, suppliers).
- Someone who is comfortable on the phone and builds rapport quickly.
- Proactive, organised and able to prioritise. You don’t wait to be told — you spot what needs doing next.
- Comfortable working across hybrid environments and travelling between Telford, Minsterley and Market Drayton when needed.
- Able to manage high volumes of communication and confidently choose the most effective method — often picking up the phone to keep things moving.
What you’ll receive:
In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer our employees numerous benefits as part of your employment, including:
- Competitive Salary
- Bonus scheme
- Healthcare cash plan
- Contributory pension plan
- Life assurance
- Generous annual leave
- Flexible benefits programme
- In addition, our employees have access to a Rewards Benefits Programme, giving you a range of discounts across 800 retailers online and in store.
