We are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join our friendly team at Market Drayton. We are looking for an experienced individual to support the Payroll systems through collaboration with multiple teams such as Payroll, Shared Service Centre, HR Systems and IT.

 

In this role the key responsibilities will include:
• Engage with key stakeholders i.e. HR Systems, Payroll, IT Systems to ensure that system governance is documented, approved and upheld within the business.
• Support the development of processes that help to increase team effectiveness i.e. Process Mapping, SOP development, crib sheets for new and existing functionality.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance and wider business functions to provide system support regarding functionality and system enhancements.
• Work with IT, Payroll etc with the development of business-critical systems.
• Critical review of practices and initiatives against objectives to enhance and future proof systems.
• Adhere to HR Systems SLA’s.

 

Key skills & experience
• Experience with Resourcelink would be beneficial, however not vital.
• A Payroll/Finance background would also be beneficial, however not essential.
• Effective communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Good decision maker
• Inspires a shared vision
• Works well under pressure
• Good negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of leading a Team
