What you’ll be doing

As Services & Utilities Maintenance Leader, you will:

• Lead and develop a team delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance
• Ensure equipment remains operational, efficient and compliant
• Prioritise maintenance activities to minimise downtime
• Manage multi‑vendor suppliers and ensure effective stores inventory control
• Provide engineering expertise across specialist areas such as effluent plant, engineering stores, process and filling equipment
• Deliver all people‑management responsibilities for your shift team

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is technically skilled, calm under pressure, and passionate about leading others. You’ll need:

• Strong experience maintaining Process and Service systems in a GMP/food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation, PSSR, LOLER and compliance systems
• A track record of leading, coaching and developing teams
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive, driven approach with high integrity and adaptability
