We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Category Manager to work within our Commercial Team at our offices in Market Drayton, Shropshire, focusing on our Müller Yogurts & Desserts business, home to famous brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight and Müller Rice.  This role will be a hybrid role between office and home.


Senior Customer Category Manager - Key Responsibilities:


Be an inspirational Leader, demonstrating 3 E’s behaviours consistently and increasing internal networks and direct reports capability


Develop and deliver customer category growth plans to build category partnerships based on trust & objective category view. Lead & execute collaborative workshops with retailer partners


Lead Range Review process for customer base & support direct reports  – clear objectives to deliver category growth & achieve Müller range and sales fundamental ambition


Develop and deliver SBD Vision including Perfect Store Standards – consideration of all store formats incl. on-line


World Class Customer relationships


Demonstrate strategic thinking and inputs into key business processes


Represent Customer & Category leadership in contribution to role of Brand – strong cross-functional engagement, shaping Brand & business development



Senior Customer Category Manager - Key Skills and Experience:


An authentic inspirational leader who energises, expects and encourages high performance.


Experience of working with the Top 4 accounts, ideally within FMCG, with the ability to build strong external relationships, developing trust of retailer partners through engaging, collaborative, driven mind-set with solid foundation of technical & visionary skill.


Inquisitive mindset to analyse data, identify trends and insights.


Positively challenge with well-structured rationale, ability to influence cross-functionally and lead key stakeholders, ability to flex style, show resilience, strong communicator & influencing skills
