Production Operative – Market Drayton
4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | Starting Salary £32,011
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller’s UK Manufacturing Operation on a fixed term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures
- Supporting a strong Health & Safety culture
- Meeting production and waste targets
- Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance
- Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Identifying faults and escalating issues promptly
- Demonstrating flexibility across tasks and shifts
About You
- Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable)
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Awareness of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
