We are actively recruiting for Packaging Administrator professional to join our expanding friendly Packaging team based in Market Drayton. If you have experience of working in a technical or lab environment or whether you are recent science graduate, we would like to hear from you.

 

The role for the Packaging Administrator involves:
• Working with Packaging Development teams to deliver our sustainably goals supporting the approval of final packaging specifications including on site trials and testing of products to agreed protocols.
• Supporting the Packaging project leader in ensuring all due diligence documents are in place and reviewed on a regular basis.
• Processing of trial orders, purchase requisitions general approvals via the relevant process.
• Identifying and informing Technologists of specification that are up for review in line with BRC guidelines and support in collation of information during audits.
• Collation and processing of packaging data which includes keeping the finished goods list up to date with correct specification information.
• Completing retailer requests for packaging data and supporting the internal customers with Packaging specifications and data requests.
• Opportunity to support Sustainable initiatives such as CO2e mapping
• General department administrative duties.

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to input data accurately & efficiently
• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
• Basic knowledge and/or interest of Sustainability topics
• Results focused with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Able to build strong relationships with immediate team and wider business
• Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficient in IT packages inclusive of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience in a lab or technical environment is desirable but not essential
