Junior Print Technologist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Print Technologist to support the delivery of high-quality printed packaging across Müller’s product portfolio. This entry-level role offers structured development within the Print & Artwork function, with exposure to print processes, artwork standards, colour management and packaging production.

 

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to build technical competence while supporting day-to-day project needs and ensuring consistency and accuracy across artwork and printed materials.

 

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

 

  1. Artwork & Print Support
  • Assist in reviewing artwork files against guidelines.
  • Develop understanding of artwork-to-print processes.
  • Support checks to ensure artwork is suitable for print.

 

  1. Project Coordination
  • Provide administrative and technical support.
  • Follow defined processes to meet deadlines.
  • Share progress updates and flag risks or delays.

 

  1. Technical Development
  • Build knowledge of common print methods.
  • Gather technical information for assessments.

 

  1. Colour Management
  • Support colour accuracy using Müller guidelines.
  • Use spectral colour data for supplier communication.

 

  1. Operational Awareness
  • Learn Müller’s production processes.
  • Gain familiarity with Print & Artwork tools and systems.

 

 

What We're Looking For

 

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Good communication and time management.
  • Ability to follow processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

 

Desirable

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator (not essential).
  • Interest in packaging, print technology, manufacturing or visual design.
