Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
Contract: Full-Time, 12-month FTC
Hours: Monday–Friday (40 hours)

As a HR Business Analyst, you will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the Business and the Systems teams, understanding both elements to provide a channel for change.
What you’ll do -
- Requirement gathering from the SME population.
- Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project life cycle.
- Ensure projects support the business with requirements gathering and documentation
- Define future state architecture for projects.
- Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
- Run workshops and training sessions.

- Educated to degree level
- Strong project stakeholder management and communication skills
- Technical competence in systems and change delivery
- Delivery focussed approach to challenges
- Experience in Business models incorporating data and process
- Reliable and consistent approach to data checking
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 utilisation
- Independent and outgoing approach
- Good technical cross-over skills
- Critical attention to detail
- Excellent facilitation skills with good conflict resolution skills
