Title:  Employee Relations Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Administrator on a 6 months FTC for our team based in Market Drayton.  Working directly with the ER Advisors and line managers, you will provide professional administrative support for the ER Advice Team, which is compliant with both Company procedures and current employment legislation.


Main tasks and responsibilities for the Employee Relations Advisor:

  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the Employee Relations Team - including producing letters and documents, preparation of investigation packs and routine administration tasks eg., electronic filing, arranging meetings, note taking etc
  • Co-ordinate all ER requests/cases, using our case management system
  • Support with providing statistical data for ER reports with key ER measures
  • Support the ER Advice Team to deliver a best in class service and one which demonstrates clear value to all our stakeholders
  • Supporting ER Advisors with case management, from initial request to closure of cases and ensure all documents are stored on our systems
  • Support the development of an online knowledge base resource


Keys skills and experience:


Ability to interpret and advise on Company procedures

Good working level of proficiency and confidence in using Microsoft Office and other desktop applications

An interest in current UK employment legislation would be desirable

Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivation and able to manage own priorities in order to meet deadlines

Ability to work under pressure and retain a clear view within a demanding environment
