We are currently recruiting for a 12-month Fixed Term Business Intelligence Administrator for our HR Data team in Market Drayton. In the role, you will create and maintain the regular and adhoc reporting and be responsible for ensuring the data quality and accuracy of the reports as well as the timely production and distribution.

 

This is a great opportunity for a Graduate with a degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics. You will be passionate about best in class administration and results driven.

 

In this role the key responsibilities for the Business Intelligence Administrator will include: -
• Creation of Weekly and Monthly reports
• Creation of Adhoc Reports
• Data Quality
• Data Extraction
• Scaling reporting solutions
• Automation of reporting solutions
• Stakeholder management
• Managing risk and issues
• feasibility studying of current reporting
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Database management
• Applying Data visualization techniques
• Performing data modelling and cleansing tasks
 

Key skills & experience for the Business Intelligence Administrator: -
• Educated to degree level
• Proven time management skills
• Experience in Excel/VBA
• Experience in SQL/Database management
• Stakeholder relations
• Proven IT and Mathematical skills
• Project management skills
• Communication Skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
