We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Process Manager to join our Project Management Office(PMO). We are looking for an experienced individual to analyse, collect, improve and document business processes across departments and business units with focus on business requirements. This role is about driving positive business change at a group wide level and better strategic project developments. Location is flexible-East Kilbride, Market Drayton, Manchester or home-based would be considered.

 

The Senior Business Process Manager’s responsibilities will include:
• Identification, engagement & influencing of key and senior stakeholders across the Müller organisation.
• Facilitation of interviews / workshops to identify End to End / integrated process.
• Process Map Capture of Management, Core and Support As-Is processes.
• Drive clarity and eliminate confusion / establish common language / common definition.
• Identify and document business rules that govern the implementation of business process.
• Identify potential automation / improvement in process & system.
• Output of accurate Process Documentation and project recommendations.
• Ability to present output to all levels, including Müller Group Business Process Owners.
• Driving process optimization across the organisation and E2E processes - provide best practices and guidance.
• Designing of to-be process and/or comparing to-be process with as-is process.
• Identify & optimize opportunities of improvements / automation.
• Engage, influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to align customer and operational needs with processes and procedures.
• Capture holistic alignment of business processes across the Müller Group.
• Make sure definition of roles and responsibilities follows group wide standards.
• Clear identification of Process Ownership within all To-Be outputs.
• Translation of To-Be Mapping into relevant / required documentation - i.e., 'business needs.
• Use of the corporate tool (ADONIS) is mandatory - lead across the business from a process map quality perspective.
• Communicate the proposed process to the stakeholders (up to and including Müller Executives).
• Responsible for to-be processes being mapped into a delivery project.
• Engagement on major projects that are driving business strategy - focusing on the SAP roadmap for the UK over the next five years.
• Driving business change and working with the Senior Business Change Manager to promote culture of continuous improvement.
• Adhoc involvement in individual business process issues across business.
• Focal point within the UK for ADONIS adherence - interfacing with the Group Process Owners.

 

Key skills & experience required for the Senior Business Process Manager:-
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Business Process Mapping Techniques and Project Delivery .
• Confidence to communicate with senior colleagues.
• BPMN experience (e.g., ADONIS, Celonis).
• MS Visio experience.
• Experience in strategic consulting would be beneficial.
• Proven track record in the delivery of major projects.
• Proven track record in SAP projects would be beneficial.
• Exeperience in FMCG/CPG would be beneficial.
• Strong English (communications essential), German would be a benefit.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong influencing & negotiating skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Highly analytical / problem solving skills.
