Müller Yogurt & Desserts  is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility. 

We are recruiting for a Senior Revenue Growth Manager for our Yogurt and Desserts business, based in Market Drayton, Shropshire. 

Senior Revenue Growth Manager: Key responsibilities:

  • Be an inspirational Leader, by demonstrating the Müller behaviours consistently and increasing sales and marketing capability on RGM

  • Identify opportunities to unlock revenue using RGM levers (price, promotion, mix, pack) which maximises commercial delivery through account specific opportunities to drive core and NPD

  • Develop and deliver 3 year plan, developing a RGM and Channel specific strategy to increase revenue and profit

  • Develop opportunities to win in market

  • Champion NPD market entry and execution, recommending efficient and effective pricing and promotion strategies

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and inputs into key business processes: Innovation, brand development, sales business reviews & account planning

  • Represent RGM leadership in contribution with account teams, brand champions & key strategic ad hoc internal projects – strong cross-functional engagement, shaping account, brand & business development

  • Be a customer and category expert, bringing that knowledge into the Müller business

Senior Revenue Growth Manager: Key Skills:

  • Able to challenge the status quo with well-structured ideas and improvements

  • Ability to maximise the commercial delivery of our brands performance through creativity

  • Inquisitive to analyse data to identify trends and insights to be actioned by Müller to optimise sales - compelling storyteller

  • Positively challenge with well-structured rationale, ability to influence cross-functionally and lead key stakeholders, ability to flex style, show resilience, strong communicator & influencing skills

  • Being an authentic inspirational leader which energises, expects and encourages high performance

  • Supportive to the business to ensure all functions internally improve performance for the greater good of the business as a whole

  • Experience in FMCG
