Title:  Planning Lead - 3rd Party and Campaigns

Key Tasks


Ensure any 3rd Party manufacturing/packing suppliers are set up to successfully deliver the required demand, supporting SLA/contract creation
Process map new 3rd Party supply chains inclusive of stakeholder ownership
Ensure all Master Data parameters are in place and aligned across both internal and external supporting systems
Set up and maintain MMI systems to support interaction with 3rd Party, including day-to-day BAU transactions, data interrogation and supporting business queries (e.g. invoice discrepancies)
Carry out site based capacity reviews with 3rd party (where applicable)
Ensure effective and efficient communication between all stakeholders (SCS, Commercial, IT, 3PLs, TPM, R&D, Tech), fostering a collaborative cross-functional dynamic
Download demand data for all customers and ensure 3rd Party manufacturing supports accordingly
Develop effective and agile forecasting models to ensure there is a clear robust regular process that connects all internal and external stakeholders (3PLs, TPMs, Ingredients, Planning, Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Ops) using one set of numbers optimising end to end supply chain costs
Escalate all issues affecting customer service from 3rd Parties and support root cause analysis and issue resolution
Manage Campaign planning for ‘Ad hoc’ supply lines (eg, Alcoholic Creams)
Management of finished goods inventory levels and stocking policies, including stock reconciliation and misalignment investigations
Actively drive waste reduction/loss mitigation activity
Support monthly integrated business process (product/supply/capability reviews)
