Title:  Stock Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join the team at our Muller Droitwich Dairy

Job Purpose:

Responsible for daily control of all FG stocks within Despatch, which drives production demand and customer service. Provide clear reporting on KPIs, including production, load plan and despatch adherence. Collate site mass balance reports daily and weekly

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Shift Pattern: – 4 on 4 off 

Location: Droitwich  

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Driving improvements in stock count accuracy and accurate transactions to deliver improvements in Droitwich finished good and site mass balance
• Customer service optimisation, ensure dairy run plans are balanced to maximise efficiency
• Provide coaching and support to shift leads and coordinators to drive improvements in stock accuracy
• Build and develop working relationships with key stakeholders
• Capture and collate data required for Despatch and site. Generate KPI visuals and detail for the Despatch Inventory Controller
• Work collaboratively with Despatch to identify and resolve daily issues with short dated stock, balance requirements and general production.

• Microsoft Office Skills
• AS400 knowledge
• Basic SAP knowledge
• Effective communicator
• Time management skills
• Ability to coach others
