Title:  Production Operative

Are you hands-on, safety-focused and passionate about doing a job well?

We’re looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team, helping us keep our production lines running safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll play an important part in delivering great products for our customers, taking ownership of your area and looking for opportunities to make things even better.

Shift Pattern: 3 week rotating shifts - 06:00 to 15:00 & 15:00 to 00:00

What you’ll be doing

• Operating machinery and production processes safely and effectively to achieve required outputs
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and 5S
• Carrying out Cleaning in Place (CIP/OEP) activities
• Completing quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
• Replenishing materials to keep production running smoothly
• Carrying out first-line maintenance checks
• Working safely and taking responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and those around you
• Supporting and training new colleagues through practical, on-the-job guidance
