Title:  Milk Filling Operative L3

Join Müller at our Droitwich Dairy and play a key role in delivering high-quality milk products to customers across the UK. We're looking for motivated, proactive team players who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Shift Pattern: 3 week rotating shift pattern (6am-3pm and 3pm-midnight) 

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery to meet quality and output targets
• Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high hygiene standards
• Replenishing materials and supporting production processes
• Completing cleaning tasks and first-line maintenance checks
• Contributing ideas to improve performance, safety and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands
• Previous manufacturing or packing experience is beneficial, but not essential
