We are currently recruiting for a Site Trainer to join our Bridgwater dairy. As Site Trainer you will provide Bridgwater Dairy employees with career development opportunities through effective delivery and support of skill development for roles.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all employees are fully trained to meet business standards and compliance in relation to Health & Safety, Legal, Hygiene and Role specific requirements
  • Ensure Standard Operation Procedures are updated, aligned with roles, trained in full as per skills required and ensuring all statutory/mandatory training requirements are being met and tracked
  • Identify training needs per employee and create training plans, working with operators, first response technicians and Line Managers to capture training needs and employee development plans from appraisals and job chats
  • Support of Business, H&SE, Quality, Cost, People & Muller Excellence Strategy’s.
  • Support delivery of site induction and introduction/on-boarding for all
  • Coach/mentor through skills training for all Dairy workers for successful progression in roles
  • Maintain, update and control of all on-site training records
  • Identify and prioritise critical training needs
  • Support delivery of the Operator Badge Programme

 

Key Skills and Experience:

  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Train the Trainer certification
  • In-depth knowledge of BRC and retailer accreditation requirements
  • Knowledge of site processes and procedures
  • Proficient in the use of all Site Systems and Applications which are relevant to supporting role
  • Ability to communicate effectively throughout the business, working within a cross functional team
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
