We are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader on a Fixed Term Contract to join our friendly team at our East Kilbride location initially, transferring to Bellshill at a later date, so flexibility on travel is a must!  We are looking for an experienced individual to ensure the needs of the customers are not only met but are exceeded with the aim of providing excellent customer service, through the management, coaching and development of the Customer Service teams.  As part of the Customer Service Team Leader group, you will contribute fully within the team and deliver the objectives set.

 

Customer Service Team Leader (FTC) - key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the review and development of processes, procedures and operating standards across the Customer Service Centre.
  • Measure team performance through adherence, call observations and handling of order capture.
  • Manage hyper care customers, through care calls and working through route cause to improve service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to retain and develop the regional customer base.
  • Work cross functionally across various departments to fulfil customer requirements. (MMID, Production Planning, Commercial)
  • Provide proactive management of the team performance, recruitment, 1 to 1's, team training and development.

 

Customer Service Team Leader (FTC) - Key skills & experience

  • Basic knowledge of leading a team
  • Excellent problem solving, logical thinking, planning, time management, listening skills.
  • Ability to scope system requirements, Team management
  • Good understanding of all procedures within a discipline
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
