We are recruiting for an experienced HR professional with a global outlook to support our central group functions as Global HR Business Partner in Freising (near Munich) or Aretsried (near Augsburg). This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives on a global scale, acting as a strategic partner, advisor, and coach to our leaders.


 

Main Resposibilities 

 

  • Act as a business partner with Group Function heads on all people and talent related topics.

  • Drive talent management and development processes to enhance employee and leadership capabilities.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies for Group Functions.

  • Diagnose and address gaps between current and desired organisational performance.

  • Ensure a lean setup focused on value-adding activities and oversee target achievement.

  • Lead initiatives in organisational design, workforce optimisation, and performance improvements.

  • Coordinate global initiatives with local HR departments and CoEs.

  • Manage executive recruitment and build a talent pool for key management positions.

  • Identify needs for harmonising processes and support related projects.

  • Collaborate with employee representatives and workers councils where applicable.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in German is an asset.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

  • Comprehensive HR knowledge, including cross-national labour law and organisational development.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in office applications, ideally SAP EC/SAP SF, SAP HCM, ResourceLink and MS Office.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building and influencing.

  • High adaptability and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.

  • Ability to persuade and mediate at all hierarchical levels.
